The Gators top-five recruiting class just got a lot better.
During the 4th quarter of the U.S. Army All-American Bowl, 5-star defensive end Jonathan Bullard announced his commitment to the Florida Gators.
The 6’4″, 225 lbs. Crest High School strong side defensive end from Shelby, NC selected the Gators over the South Carolina Gamecocks and Clemson Tigers. Bullard is also a teammate of Florida Gators 3-star safety commitment Rhaheim Ledbetter.
According to Rivals.com, Bullard is ranked as the third best defensive end in the country and 20th best player in the country.
Bullard was originally scheduled to announce his decision on December 21, 2011 but he pushed his announcement back to do a bit more thinking.
